Click on a phonograph to listen!

  • --AndHow Web Radio encodes and web casts in a format that both modem users and cable/DSL/broadband users can access.  For modem users it will mean using up to 42Kbps @ times.  This is to insure the sound quality of the shows.

  • --You can fast forward to all of the shows @ AndHow Web Radio by clicking on the fast forward button on the AndHow Radio Tuner or your Windows Media Player.  In WMP 7.1 and above, a play list will appear on the right of the player (in default mode) and you can click on a show you would like to access.

  • --If one shows ends (at the end of a show or on a unrecoverable error) another show will automatically begin.  All AndHow Radio Tuners are configured to run a playlist of all relative shows in our show schedule.

Why are there stops or gaps while listening to AndHow Web Radio?
Poor sound quality, excessive buffering, and/or delays in connectivity are usually caused by bandwidth constraints experienced by your ISP, depending upon the quality of the Internet connectivity and the bandwidth limitations to which your ISP is subject.

If you are accessing AndHow Web Radio through a LAN (Local Area Network), you may experience similar problems as a result of the number of users and/or PCs on your LAN. This condition is almost always temporary, and if you try back later, you will usually experience better results.

You may also experience these types of problems when your computer's resources are limited. Try not to run other applications while accessing streaming media.
